The photographer they used made the house look like it was pulled directly from a magazine! There were more than enough pictures to do a virtual walkthrough of our entire home leaving nothing to the mind except where the buyers furniture would go.
He had previously sold 2 houses from friends, and former neighbors, of mine in the same community so his knowledge of pricing to sell was right on.
At closing he was able to work with the buyers and buyer's agent to deal with last minute issues to help facilitate a seamless close. All of this being done while I was no longer in the state to do this in person.

Pierre was a great help for us not only selling our home but also purchasing a new one. He is very knowledgeable of the local market and when our first offer fell through he convinced us to re-list our home and he was able to sell it that same day.
Regarding the work of Mr. Pierre LaPierre, it should be stated first, and quite simply, that Mr. Pierre’s work has been superior to all our prior experiences that it can only be described in superlative terms. He is the consummate professional, as well as a thoroughly pleasant, polite, intelligent, and engaging person.Mr. LaPierre worked with us over a period of six months, during which he personally toured us around the northern Raleigh suburbs extensively. He always adapted to our scheduling needs, right through to the offer stage. During the first and last of three visits by us to Raleigh, he both politely and enthusiastically tolerated entire days consigned to a tight back seat location alongside a vociferous baby (Evan) and a sometimes overly-active 2 ½ year-old boy (Zachary). Not only did he put up with this “abuse”, but also he made friends of them both, and kept us apprised of any excessive antics going on between them. Simultaneously he navigated us to multiple homes, over roads with which we were mostly unfamiliar, briefing us on the pros and cons of each upcoming house…and all the while even keeping an eye on our meal schedule.Mr. LaPierre maintained a correspondence with un in Northern California between our visits, keeping us informed of any new properties fitting our profile, and sending us information promptly. He visited a number of the properties on his own and gave us reports on the potential issues and attributes of each. We often received emails with new listings heavily annotated, as well as returned phone calls as late as 8:30 PM California time – meaning he was still in his office working well past 11 PM Raleigh time. He also returned calls seven days a week. He brought other professionals – loan officer, attorney, inspectors, etc. – of only the highest caliber to the process also.Throughout the entire process – from searching for candidate neighborhoods, right through his arrival on our move-in day with lunch for us – I must honestly say he truly left no stone unturned in his efforts to make our purchase as smooth and trouble-free as possible.In short, not only are we delighted with our new home; we have enjoyed the experience of a real estate agent who lives up to – and well beyond – the promises.
